The goal of the project is to strengthen the established cross-sectoral network through strategy development and capacity building. The purpose of this contract was to provide qualitative and quantitative data collection services and associated logistical support for rapid assessments. The work was conducted in three communities: Akhuryan, Stepanavan and Noyemberyan.
