Institutional Capacity Building measures for CSOs

Within the framework of the “Strengthening Civil Society In Eastern Partnership Countries” program implemented by the GIZ, funded by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union, a series of capacity building measures for 100 beneficiary CSO representatives is implementing.

Within the framework of the project will be implemented:

1. A series of capacity building training:
   • strategic planning,
   • design and management of grant programs,
   • financial stability and management,
   • human resources management,
   • communication and visibility.

2. Development of strategic and procedural documents:

• strategic plan,
• financial management procedures
• communication plan.

3. Mentorship cycles and experience exchange visits.
