Zara Nikoghosyan has joined the NGO Center team in 2013. During her work experience she has gained good communication, organizational and professional skills. She is a good team worker and has a high level of responsibility.
Zara is a qualified interviewer and since 2011 is involved in different survey projects implemented by CRRC and other research organizations. She has also an experience to supervise the research programs, data analyzation, to conduct instructions and coordinate field works.
During her work experience she has participated in a number of international and local trainings and initiatives, organized and facilitated film screenings, debates, meetings, events. As a facilitator, she is also involved in different events, such as Town-hall meeting, Open space events, etc.
Currently she is involved in “CapSLoc: Capacities for Sustained Locally-Led Development” project as Monitoring, evaluation and learning specialist and is responsible for the development and management of the organization MEL plan.
