The goal of the project is to strengthen the established cross-sectoral network through strategy development and capacity building. The results of the initiative are: • Existence of cross-sectoral network strategy • Existence of an annual network action plan • Network member capacity building in crisis management, community development and resource mobilization.

The purpose of this contract was to provide qualitative and quantitative data collection services and associated logistical support for rapid assessments. The work was conducted in three communities: Akhuryan, Stepanavan and Noyemberyan.

The main objectives of the project are. 1. Empowerment of Armenian environmental civil society organizations towards their strategic, cooperative and advocacy role in environmental decision making. 2.
