This report presents the work of NGO Center in 2024. The organization has been active since 1994 and continued its work in four areas that support participatory democracy: direct citizen participation, civic education and empowerment, transparency and accountability, and civil society development.
During the year, NGO Center carried out 12 projects across different regions of Armenia. Through these projects, it supported the institutional development of dozens of civil society organizations, gave sub-grants to newly established NGOs and initiative groups, and ran cluster-based community development projects. The projects also focused on young people, women and communities. They covered civic education, media literacy, awareness of labor rights, monitoring of local self-government, and the promotion of integrity.
The report also covers the educational, analytical and informational materials produced during the year, the organization’s partners, the steps taken to build staff capacity, the events NGO Center organized on its own initiative, and a summary financial analysis. In 2024 the organization also began developing its 2025–2030 Strategic Plan.
