\u201cNGO Center\u201d Civil Society Development non-governmental organization is implementing the \u201cThe Social Budget: Citizens\u2019 Voices Matter\u201d project.<\/p>\n

The goal of the project<\/strong> is to contribute to increasing the transparency, accountability, and efficiency of state budget policy in the field of social protection in the Republic of Armenia, specifically regarding state support programs targeted at persons forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh (NK).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The main objectives of the project are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To ensure evidence-based advocacy based on the results of budget monitoring and analyses conducted within the framework of state programs targeted at displaced persons from NK in the field of social protection.<\/li>\n
  2. To promote the participation of civil society organizations (CSOs) and citizens in budgetary processes, as well as to strengthen constructive policy dialogue between state bodies, CSOs, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  3. To ensure the public dissemination of recommendations developed based on the results of budget monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This publication has been developed with the financial support of the European Union, within the framework of a sub-grant provided under the \u201cBudgets for Citizens\u201d project implemented by a consortium led by the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO.
