The project bears a symbolic name that pays tribute to <strong data-path-to-node=\"2,5\" data-index-in-node=\"55\">M\u00e9lin\u00e9e Manouchian<\/strong>, an emblematic figure of the anti-fascist resistance and an engaged woman of Armenian origin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 data-path-to-node=\"3\">Project Objective<\/h5>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><span data-path-to-node=\"4,0\">The main objective is to strengthen young women\u2019s leadership skills and their capacity to take on responsibilities, creating a women\u2019s network built on the engagement of local actors and institutional and associative partners<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,2\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Through intercultural and intergenerational exchanges, the project fosters women\u2019s empowerment and active participation within their communities<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Main Activities<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,0\">Forum in Vanadzor (March 9, 2026):<\/span><\/strong> Symbolically aligned with International Women\u2019s Rights Day, this Forum will bring together 200 participants from civil society, institutional and academic sectors<span data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,1\">. It serves as a space for dialogue to discuss the state of women\u2019s rights and the obstacles women face in their professional and personal journeys.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"6,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"> <span data-path-to-node=\"6,1,1,0\">Mentorship Program:<\/span><\/strong> A six-month program (March\u2013September 2026) bringing together 16 women (8 from Armenia and 8 from Strasbourg)<span data-path-to-node=\"6,1,1,1\">. Experienced women leaders will mentor young professionals to strengthen their self-confidence, public speaking skills, and leadership capacity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"> <span data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,0\">Production of a Mentorship Guide:<\/span><\/strong> At the conclusion of the program, a mentorship guide will be produced, gathering participants\u2019 experiences, best practices, and methodological tools to serve as a resource for future initiatives<span data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,1\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"6,3,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"> <span data-path-to-node=\"6,3,1,0\">Closing Event in Strasbourg:<\/span><\/strong> The official closing of the project will be held in late November 2026 during Strasbourg\u2019s annual conference on combating violence against women, where the results and broader impact of the project will be highlighted<span data-path-to-node=\"6,3,1,1\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The project is implemented through the cooperation between the cities of Strasbourg and Vanadzor, institutional and associative partners, and civil society organizations<\/em><span data-path-to-node=\"8,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":5757,"template":"","class_list":["post-5756","programs","type-programs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","programs_type-current-en"],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/programs\/5756","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/programs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/programs"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/5757"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5756"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
