The project utilizes the &#8220;Financial Participatory Approach&#8221; (FPA) to ensure the direct and active involvement of local communities in their own development processes.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><strong>Key Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Community Engagement:<\/strong> Form working groups within target communities and ensure residents&#8217; active participation in decision-making processes.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Needs Assessment:<\/strong> Conduct Participatory Rapid Rural Appraisals (PRRA) to identify the priority needs and challenges of the communities.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Project Planning:<\/strong> Develop project support plans based on identified community needs and FPA principles.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Capacity Building:<\/strong> Strengthen the capacities of local self-government bodies and community groups to ensure effective management and sustainability of the initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>This initiative is a component of the broader project &#8220;Biodiversity and Sustainable Local Development in Armenia.&#8221; In collaboration with WWF-Armenia, NGO Center provides facilitation and consultancy services aimed at community self-organization.
