{"id":5499,"date":"2025-07-16T09:38:24","date_gmt":"2025-07-16T09:38:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/?post_type=programs&#038;p=5499"},"modified":"2025-11-12T14:23:02","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T14:23:02","slug":"b4c","status":"publish","type":"programs","link":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/en\/programs\/b4c\/","title":{"rendered":"Budget Analysis in the Social Sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;NGO Center&#8221; Civil Society Development non-governmental organization is implementing the &#8220;Budget Analysis in the Social Sector&#8221; project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goal of the project is to promote budgetary transparency, accountability, and public participation in the social support sector, particularly in the sub-sector of integration\/reintegration of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh. This is directly aligned with the program&#8217;s overall objective to ensure the analysis and monitoring of budgets in target sectors, as well as the development of simplified budgets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The main objectives of the project are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To conduct monitoring and analysis of the sectoral budget to identify the alignment of state policy and funding with the needs of the specified target groups.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To develop a simplified and publicly accessible budget (simplified budget) for the relevant sub-sector, ensuring increased awareness of the support for the integration\/reintegration processes of the target groups.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enhance public participation and influence for the targeted representation and resolution of issues faced by vulnerable groups.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This publication has been developed with the financial support of the European Union, within the framework of a sub-grant provided under the &#8220;Budgets for Citizens&#8221; project implemented by a consortium led by the &#8220;Armenian Lawyers&#8217; Association&#8221; NGO. It has been implemented by NGO Center within the framework of the &#8220;Budget Analysis in the Social Sector&#8221; project.
