Since this department ensures the development of government-public dialogue mechanisms and serves as the OGP National Coordinator, the forum became an important platform for discussing proven models of participatory governance and social delegation<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_6fa94c5931c504cc-52\" data-path-to-node=\"5\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,0\">Lilya Afrikyan, Head of the Department of Participatory and Open Governance Issues of the RA Prime Minister&#8217;s Staff, and Arpine Hakobyan, President of the &#8220;NGO Center&#8221; Civil Society Development NGO, delivered welcoming remarks at the event<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_6fa94c5931c504cc-53\" data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0\">In the first part of the event, Lilya Afrikyan presented a retrospective summary of the reforms implemented under previous OGP action plans<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,2\">. This was followed by a discussion on future commitments, specifically the 2025-2027 Action Plan and its resulting priorities<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,4\">. The second half of the event was dedicated to an active Q&amp;A session and an open discussion, where attendees had the opportunity to talk about the prospects of developing government-public dialogue mechanisms<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,6\">.
