Arpine Hakobyan, President of the &#8220;NGO Center&#8221; Civil Society Development NGO, participated in the meeting as a member of the council.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">During the session, participants discussed programs related to the Ministry&#8217;s areas of coordination, specifically focusing on energy and community development.
