On February 2, the \u201cNGO Center\u201d Civil Society Development NGO hosted a high-level meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia, H.E. Olivier Decottignies, and representatives of the Embassy. The primary focus of the visit was the MELINEE project<\/a>, during which the upcoming activities and the pivotal role of the mentorship institute in local development processes were presented.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by key project partners and participants, including Lilya Davtyan, Head of the Development Programs, External Relations, and IT Department of the Vanadzor Municipality, as well as mentor Lilia Abrahamyan and mentee Emma Petrosyan. Participants discussed issues related to women\u2019s empowerment, the broad opportunities provided by the project, and their overall impact on community life.<\/p>\n

During the conversation, particular emphasis was placed on the prospects for future cooperation and the positive changes expected as a result of the project\u2019s implementation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
