{"id":5642,"date":"2025-10-19T15:55:04","date_gmt":"2025-10-19T15:55:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/?p=5642"},"modified":"2025-10-19T15:55:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-19T15:55:04","slug":"desire-iadt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/en\/desire-iadt\/","title":{"rendered":"NGO Center Representatives Participated in the Final Onsite Training of the DeSIRe Project in Ireland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NGO Center\u2019s Senior Grants Manager <strong>Syuzan Hovsepyan<\/strong> and Public Relations Manager <strong>Vahe Khachikyan<\/strong> took part in the final onsite training of the <a title=\"DeSIRe: Development of Soft Skills at Higher Education Institutions of Armenia and Georgia in Compliance with the 21st Century Labour Market Requirements\" href=\"https:\/\/ngoc.am\/en\/programs\/desire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>DeSIRe Project<\/strong><\/a>, which was held on <strong>October 6\u201310, 2025<\/strong>, at the <strong>Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT)<\/strong> in Ireland. The training focused on developing <strong>creative thinking and problem-solving skills<\/strong>, <strong>effective business communication and negotiation skills<\/strong>, <strong>conflict resolution approaches<\/strong>, as well as <strong>emotional and social intelligence<\/strong>, bringing together Armenian, Georgian, and European partners.<\/p>\n<p>During the training, participants engaged in <strong>practical exercises<\/strong>, developed <strong>role-play scenarios<\/strong>, explored <strong>modern learning tools<\/strong> such as the <strong>Bodyswaps application<\/strong>, and took part in discussions aimed at enhancing <strong>creative thinking, communication, and teamwork skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>DeSIRe Project is co-funded by the European Union<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NGO Center\u2019s Senior Grants Manager Syuzan Hovsepyan and Public Relations Manager Vahe Khachikyan took part in the final onsite training of the DeSIRe Project, which was held on October 6\u201310, 2025, at the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT) in Ireland.
