As part of its CSO Meter project, ECNL and its partners in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region monitor how laws and practices affect civic freedoms. The CSO Meter tool is based on international and European standards and practices, and its development and the preparation of annual country reports since 2019 have been supported by the input of hundreds of CSOs across the region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
