The simulation game allows participants to assume roles with clear goals, providing insights into the roles and functions of various actors within the Armenian public administration system, encouraging a sense of commitment.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1XXPeiQp_X0uDPnHQcwv7BUxTGYsYVrU0\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The \u201cModel Armenia\u201d educational simulation game-manual<\/a> <\/strong>targets experienced organizations and individual trainers conducting educational projects using informal learning principles and methodology. It contains thematic material and assumes that trainers possess the necessary skills to facilitate the game effectively.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cModel Armenia\u201d educational game-manual is developed based on the methodology of \u201cModel United Nations,\u201d tailored and localized for the Armenian context, enabling up to 5-6 hours of gameplay in a full-day session.<\/p>\n<p>The manual comprises three distinct games, educational resources for role-playing participants, and facilitator guidelines. Each game description follows a consistent format, starting with an overview and progressing to detailed player assignments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The manual is structured into three main sections:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three educational simulation games titled \u201cModel Armenia.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Educational resources detailing the roles of the five game characters.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive instructions and recommendations for organizing and executing the \u201cModel Armenia\u201d game for facilitators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cModel Armenia\u201d educational game was created by the expert team of \u201cNGO Center\u201d civil society development NGO within the framework of \u201cYouth in Action.
