On 24.02.2024, the “Gaghaparakicner” NGO was founded with the aim of providing psychosocial support to people affected by the war. The organization’s motto is “Living to Make a Difference ”, and its mission is to form a caring and tolerant society. The team of specialists provides psychological and social support in individual, group and therapeutic formats. Assistance is provided to war participants, displaced persons, and people with disabilities․

"Dizak Art" cultural NGO was founded in 2021, it carries out its activities through the cultural youth centers of the same name in Yerevan and Abovyan, where 150 displaced children from Artsakh receive free cultural education, training is organized through 33 displaced specialists. 2023 NGO has a folk instrument ensemble with the inclusion of 10 displaced musicians.
