On February 24, the newly formed Public Council under the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of RA held its first meeting. Arpine Hakobyan, President of the “NGO Center” Civil Society Development NGO, participated in the meeting as a member of the council.
During the session, participants discussed programs related to the Ministry’s areas of coordination, specifically focusing on energy and community development. To ensure more coordinated and measurable results, a decision was made to establish separate working groups for each sector.
Our involvement in this platform is another step toward fulfilling the mission of the NGO Center: contributing to the establishment of participatory democracy by empowering both citizens and institutions.
