Vigen has more than 7 years of work experience in various private and non-profit organizations. Specializes in project management, public policy development, and public and non-governmental sector management.
Vigen holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration and a master’s degree in public policy. Now he is studying at the International Institute of Project Management.
His professional interests include: public administration, public policies, non-profit organization management and institutional development, as well as organization evaluation.
Vigen has participated in various local and international capacity building educational programs, various international conferences in the field, he is a member of the Swedish Institute of Young Professionals.
