Bakhshik Harutyunyan has joined NGO Center since November 2021 as an assistant in the frame of “TAAP-transparent, affordable and accountable procurement” program. Currently he is junior grants manager of “CapSLoc: Capacities for Sustained Locally-Led Development” project. Simultaneously, he works as an accountant in the “Dzoragyugh Pre-Kindergarten named after Siranush Harutyunyan” in Pambak community of Lori region, RA. But before joining the staff, Bakhshik worked in Dzoragyugh municipality of Lori region, RA as a leading specialist-accountant. Since 2016 he has been a volunteer of Vanadzor Infotun and participated in capacity building trainings organized by NGO Center.
Now he teaches the preparation of multimedia materials, is the author and co-author of a number of articles. He is a member of the regional council of “School of Local Democracy” EF, a member of the council of the “Lorva Dzor” Local work group.
