  Goal of the Project: To organize and carry out Grant Administration for GIZ and UNDP beneficiaries contributing to women empowerment, citizen participation, data-driven planning, transparency and accountability in LSGs in different marzes of Armenia as well as to contribute to experience exchange, capacity building and visibility of target women.   Results of the Project: 1. At least 2 orientation meetings with beneficiaries are organized. 2. Expert support to develop up to 30 grant projects is provided 3. Up to 30 projects are funded and implemented by women involved in LGs in their communities. 4. Up to 30 projects are successfully implemented and monitored. 5. Up to 30 project reports are presented 6. Visibility of up to 30 projects is ensured through online and offline methods (municipality website, UNDP and Community FB pages, participation in different meetings, etc) 7. Up to 15 Radio program broadcasts via Public Radio of Armenia. to present grant projects implemented by women. 8. «ՀԿ Կենտրոն» քաղաքացիական հասարակության զարգացման ՀԿ-ն 2021 թվականի օգոստոսից մեկնարկել է «Վանաձոր ԻնֆոՏուն․ Վերաիմաստավորելով» ծրագիրը։    Ծրագրի նպատակն է՝ նպաստել Լոռու մարզի երիտասարդների, ուսուցիչների և արվեստագետների կարողությունների զարգացմանն ու ինքնադրսևորմանը՝ ստեղծելով նպաստավոր միջավայր։   Ծրագրի խնդիրներն են՝ Խնդիր 1․ Աջակցել Լոռու մարզի հանրային տարածքների կառավարման ոլորտի բարելավմանը՝ քաղաքացիական և հետաքննական լրագրության ոլորտներում երիտասարդների կարողությունների զարգացմանը, շահերի բախման հնարավոր դեպքերի բացահայտման և հանրայինացման միջոցով։ Խնդիր 2․ Աջակցել երիտասարդների ստեղծարարության զարգացմանը՝ գրագողության բացառման և կրթության արդյունքների չափելիության բարձրացման համար։ Խնդիր 3․ Խթանել երիտասարդ արվեստագետների ինքնադրսևորումը՝ խորհրդային Վանաձորի վերաիմաստավորման և հանրայինացման միջոցով։ Խնդիր 4․ Խթանել Վանաձորում բռնության դեմ պայքարում երիտասարդների և ուսուցիչների ակտիվ սոցիալական դերակատարման համար նպաստավոր միջավայրի ստեղծմանը։     «Վանաձոր ԻնֆոՏուն․ վերաիմաստավորելով» ծրագիրն իրականացվում է «ՀԿ Կենտրոն» ՔՀԶ ՀԿ-ի կողմից «Աջակցություն քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը՝ հանուն բարեփոխումների վրա ներգործության» ծրագրի շրջանակում։ «Աջակցություն քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը՝ հանուն բարեփոխումների վրա ներգործության» ծրագիրն իրականացվում է Եվրասիա համագործակցություն հիմնադրամի կողմից Շվեդիայի միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության, Սիդայի աջակցությամբ։ more...

“NGO Center” Civil Society Development NGO (NGO Center), together with “Freedom of Information Center” NGO and “Community and the Youth” Youth and Advisory NGO (hereinafter referred to as TAAP partners), implements “Transparent, Affordable and Accountable Procurement” project launched in June 2021 for one year. The project is implemented within the framework of the “Data for Accountable and Transparent Activity” (DATA) program with the support of the US Agency of International Development (USAID) by Eurasian Partnership Foundation and DATA project partners.   At present, in Armenia the public funds spendings are carried out with questionable effectivness and there is urgency to identify the problems for ensuring the transparency, accessibility, and accountability. In particular, the purposeful and effective management of public funds requires a clear definition of priorities based on the participatory assessment of issues.   The TAAP project aims to improve the management of the public procurement system and the accessibility of its organization.   The TAAP objectives are to foster the improvement of the organization of the procurement process by identifying obstacles, proposing solutions, and facilitate the introduction of a reform package developed within the policy agenda.   Within the framework of the TAAP project, the consortium plans to implement: Comprehensive research, analysis of the public procurement legislation, policies and implementation process; more...
