“Women for Good Governance” project is implementing by NGO Center. This project was supported by The BEARR Trust Small Grants Scheme.
The goal of the project is to promote gender-balanced and need-based local self-government in target communities through the development of a community-based participatory model.
The following activities will be carried out in the scope of the project;
- Assessment of community needs by the Rural Initiative Group
- Enhancement of the leadership capacity of Initiative group members.
- Incorporate identified community needs into Annual Local Government Plans in target communities.
- Create a conducive environment for women to participate in decision-making processes in rural Communities through Mas media.
