The ultimate goal of the project is to promote the implementation of competitive, more transparent mechanisms for the process of grants, donations, subsidies and delegated services provided by the state to non-governmental non-commercial organizations.
The main goal is to subject to public control and monitoring the mechanisms of delegation of grants, subsidies, donations and services provided by the state/all 17 ministries to non-state non-commercial organizations.
