‘‘NGO Center’’ civil society development NGO within the framework of CIVICUS has conducted a survey on the enabling environment of civil society in Armenia.
The survey is based on the methodology developed by “CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation” and “The International Center for Not-for Profit Law” (ICNL) organizations.
It particularly involves monitoring implementation concerning the fundamental liberties, accessible information (16.10) and civic society productive cooperation (17.17) of Sustainable Development Goals.
The survey aims at assessing how conductive are the national conditions for civil society organizations (CSOs) to exist, function and act. The EENA analysis explores in particular how laws and regulations relating to fundamental civic freedoms are implemented in practice, and how they impact on civil society.
