Human centric service design delivery in 16 Municipalities of Armenia

The NGO Center Civil Society Development NGO has launched a new program aimed at improving the quality of human-centered services in 16 communities across Armenia. The program is implemented under the commission of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and co-funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in Armenia.

The program aims to enhance the quality of community services through active participation of various community groups, including vulnerable populations. Special attention will be paid to the needs of citizens, displaced persons, youth, women, persons with disabilities, as well as business and civil society organizations.

The program consists of three main phases:

1. Service and Problem Identification

2. User Research

3. Prototype Development and Validation

The program includes the following communities: Ashtarak (Aragatsotn), Masis (Ararat), Khoy (Armavir), Sevan (Gegharkunik), Hrazdan and Abovyan (Kotayk), Pambak (Lori), Artik (Shirak), Sisian (Syunik), Yeghegnadzor (Vayots Dzor).

At the completion of the program, a human-centered design framework will be implemented in municipal administrations, enabling them to provide more effective and inclusive services.
