The Project for establishment of Hospitability and Service Vocational Hub for Refugees in Vanadzor.

Primary Objective:

The primary objective of the project is to establish a sustainable vocational hub in Vanadzor, Lori, to address the shortage of skilled workers in the tourism and service sectors while promoting professional skills development and integration of refugees and locals.

  • Provide tailored vocational training programs in culinary arts, hospitality, bar management, land space design, and service to at least 100 beneficiaries annually (50 refugees/50 locals principle) over the next ten years.
  • Enhance employability by ensuring that 150 individuals out of 1,000 trained beneficiaries secure jobs in the tourism and hospitality sector within the specified timeframe.
  • Strengthen partnerships with local businesses and industry stakeholders to ensure industry-relevant training and sustainable job placements.
  • Foster sustainable regional economic growth by establishing a well-structured vocational hub that supports the development of skilled labor in key sectors.

Expected Results and Impacts:

At least 100 individuals annually benefit from vocational education and employment opportunities.
