In April 2018 with the -support of ‘‘Communities Finance Officers Association’’ NGO the ‘‘NGO Center’’ has conducted a public opinion survey on Administrative division reforms (hereinafter communities’ consolidation) in Spitak region of the Republic of Armenia.
The aim of the survey was to discuss the possible optimal ways of communities’ consolidation with the community heads and inhabitants from 21 communities of Spitak to reveal local authorities’ and inhabitants’ basic expectations and concerns regarding the communities’ consolidation process.
