Within the framework of the “Strengthening Civil Society in Eastern Partnership Countries” project implemented by GIZ Armenia, “NGO Center” Civil Society Development NGO launched a series of training courses on “Human Resource Management” for the beneficiary CSOs of the project.
On June 14, the first group training took place in Yerevan, attended by 25 CSO representatives from different regions of Armenia.
During the training, HRM expert Lilit Saribekyan presented the main approaches of HRM, sample internal HRM regulations of the organization, practices of staff recruitment and development, and a number of other sub-topics.
The series of trainings is being implemented within the project component “Institutional Capacity Building measures for CSOs“, which is being implemented by NGO Center within the framework of the “Civil Society Development in Eastern Partnership Countries” project implemented by GIZ.
