NGO Center’s Senior Grants Manager Syuzan Hovsepyan and Public Relations Manager Vahe Khachikyan took part in the final onsite training of the DeSIRe Project, which was held on October 6–10, 2025, at the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT) in Ireland. The training focused on developing creative thinking and problem-solving skills, effective business communication and negotiation skills, conflict resolution approaches, as well as emotional and social intelligence, bringing together Armenian, Georgian, and European partners.
During the training, participants engaged in practical exercises, developed role-play scenarios, explored modern learning tools such as the Bodyswaps application, and took part in discussions aimed at enhancing creative thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
The DeSIRe Project is co-funded by the European Union.
