On September 21, the NGO Center organized an introductory training for external stakeholders in Yerevan within the framework of the DeSIRe project. The aim of the training was to raise awareness about the project. The event brought together representatives of various Yerevan-based structures, including educational institutions, business entities, and civil society organizations.
The training agenda included a presentation of the DeSIRe project, covering its goals, results, and upcoming steps, as well as a Q&A session. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the main directions of the project and discuss potential areas for cooperation.
During the training, several important topics were introduced, aimed at developing participants’ soft skills. These included media and digital literacy, equality, diversity and inclusion, entrepreneurial skills, priority setting and decision-making, creative thinking, and problem-solving. In addition, participants explored a number of online learning modules focused on effective business communication and negotiation skills, organizational culture development, reflective thinking, as well as emotional and social intelligence.
This initiative marked an important step toward strengthening the capacities of stakeholders and contributing to the development of civil society. The NGO Center will continue implementing programs that foster new opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.
