However, contemporary challenges pose serious tests for civil society organizations. Reduced funding sources, legislative restrictions, and organizational difficulties hinder the effective operation of NGOs. Despite these complex conditions, NGOs continue to be the voice of citizens, protect public interests, and support vulnerable groups.
